Mercy Chang

Mercy Chang is a former Language Arts teacher, ELA Supervisor, and elementary school principal. Currently, Mercy now manages grants, oversees assessments, and helps support supplemental programs. Mercy has been an educator for 23 years and has a passion for helping teachers reach their full potential while ensuring they feel both supported and challenged. Mom of a sassy, fun, and busy 9-year-old, Mercy hopes all students have access to the kind of learning environment she knows both he and other students can thrive in. Mercy knows the best way to ensure this is to continuously equip teachers with the knowledge and tools they need to develop and execute effective lessons for their students.
