My educational journey as a teacher of Mathematics, an instructional coach, and content supervisor has allowed me to share my passion for continuing educator growth and professional learning. I support educators as they examine their beliefs and instructional decisions to continuously improve their practice. I encourage educators to embrace a culture of continuous improvement, empowering them to meet the diverse needs of students effectively. I strive to develop a culture of innovation where educators experiment, iterate, and adapt their practices in response to evolving educational landscapes.
