As someone who has committed their entire career to public education, I have found that the ideals of equity and continuous professional learning remain cornerstones of all my work.  Creating spaces with a true sense of belonging for everyone allows all learners to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.  It is critical that we all continue to provide spaces to advance our own learning and that of others, so that inclusive spaces are truly the norm across this nation.  Through my relationships at Learning Forward New Jersey and Learning Forward, I am able to continue working toward this vision and for this I am truly grateful.
