I love learning! The only thing that lights me up more than learning is facilitating learning for others. For over 25 years, I have fostered relationships with teachers, school leaders, students, and families which has allowed me to curate learning experiences that lead to more effective practices and improved student outcomes. I believe in the power of story and two-way communication to develop difference-making relationships that inspire others to think deeply about the planning, execution, and reflection needed to empower students to become critical thinkers, proficient readers and writers, and innovative problem-solvers. Well-planned, facilitated, job-embedded professional learning and coaching is powerful and necessary to ensure that ALL children have access to a high-quality education.
