Education urgently needs positive change in response to global challenges, and unfulfilled promises. We must remain steadfast in our commitment to developing and implementing high level professional learning to enhance our skills, and to keep learning in order to respond to the changing needs of education.
I am currently excited about AI in Education. My interest in technology in education began in the 1990s — Yes, that is true. I’ve served in many capacities. Over the years I was once co-director of technology – back when it was thought of as an add-on and not something that demanded a full-time position. I’ve been an administrator in many areas, including educational technology, and have become curious about Artificial Intelligence, dedicating countless hours to understanding AI and its implications for education.
