Director of Knowledge Management at NAF
Keisha Taylor, Ed.D Is the Director of Knowledge Management at NAF. She manages organizing, planning, and executing all professional development experiences for NAF’s network of educators and business partners. She works with a team to deliver high quality opportunities designed to support NAF’s education design.
Keisha is a Lead NJ Fellow (2014) and a graduate of the American Express Leadership Academy (2017). She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rowan University, where she majored in English and Secondary School Education. She earned her Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Rowan University and earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Innovation from Wilmington University. Her mission as a social purpose leader is to develop connections and pathways between educators and business leaders so they can learn strategies that support young people in becoming the next generation of leaders and educators.
When not working at NAF, she volunteers in her community, Keisha works as a trustee for her town’s education fund and is the president of her children’s nonprofit Science for Sick Dayz where they build science kits for hospitalized children.
